The project occupies a substantial site extending over approximately 250,000 m², with a total construction surface area of approximately 50,000 m². The project contract value amounted to USD 44,200,989. Construction commenced in 2012 and was completed in 2018.

The Faculty of Sciences is organized within a main building comprising nine levels, distributed between four underground levels and five upper levels. The various functions are organized as follows:

• Fourth Basement: Dedicated to parking facilities.

• Third Basement: Accommodates the amphitheater.

• Second Basement, First Basement, Ground Floor, and Levels 1–3: Primarily dedicated to classrooms.
